As some of you will be aware, we have supported Southmead Hospital on a number of occasions, in the last few years by performing as part of their Great Brunel Buskathon at the hospital. We've received this email from them today about a special NHS Quiz they are running this Sunday, the 72nd birthday of the NHS. If you want to take part, follow the instructions below:
"I hope you are well and staying safe.
You may not be aware, but this Sunday 5th July is the 72nd anniversary of our National Health Service.
We have decided to recognise this amazing milestone with The Big NHS Birthday Quiz – a fun, family friendly, 7-round virtual quiz, under the theme of health. Don’t worry; you don’t need a medical degree to take part.
This is the perfect opportunity to celebrate your local North Bristol NHS Trust and we would love it if you could join us and take part with your friends, family or colleagues.
We will be broadcasting the Quiz video on Southmead Hospital Charity’s Facebook page from 6pm on Sunday 5th July, just after the birthday clap for carers at 5pm. It’s great timing and people will hopefully be in the mood for a celebration of all things health related.
It would be great if you could spread it around your friends and family or anyone else you think might be interested. Simply ask people to follow our Facebook page and share the event page, where you’ll find all the instructions on how to take part.
The Quiz will also be made available for people to play at any point after the 5th too.
