Type of event: Performance Venue: College Green Description: For one year only, Pride moved to College Green, courtesy of Peter Maine, the openly gay Lord Mayor of Bristol, at the time. In Peter's words, we held Pride on my front lawn (in reference to College Green being in front of the Town Hall). This performance was memorable for us having to compete with the OMG stage directly opposite, who were playing 'banging club tunes' throughout our set. The day will also be remembered for the wet weather, but in true Pride tradition, it didn't spoil the day at all.
